RETURNS
POLICY.
At Natasa
studio, we’re here to help make sure you have an amazing online and instore
shopping experience, we understand that includes fast and easy returns.
If you don’t
absolutely love your new item (we can’t imagine you wouldn’t). All full priced
items can be returned for a store credit within 7 days of receiving your
parcel.
Store
credits do not have an expiry date.
We do not
offer REFUNDS unless the item you purchased has a manufacturing fault. If your
garment is received with a manufacturing fault, please contact us at [email protected] immediately upon delivery.
Natasa
studio is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
RETURN
QUALIFICATIONS.
-Returned
merchandise must be received by us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
-Returns
after 7 days will not be accepted.
-Merchandise
must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
-Merchandise
must still have all tags attached.
- Items are
faulty at point of delivery or in an unlikely event that a wrong size has been
sent and we have sold out in your preferred size.
-If your
garment is received with a manufacturing fault, please contact us at
[email protected] immediately upon delivery.
MADE
TO ORDER GOWNS.
Due to the
specialization of Made to order gowns, all of our dresses are NON REFUNDABLE/
NON EXCHANGEABLE. That’s tricky, we get it so if you have any questions, please
message us at [email protected] or call 0404 325 477. We’re happy to
help!
All Made to
order garments are to be ordered instore and a booking fee of 50% is to be paid
on the time of agreement. An agreement form and a payment plan will be signed
by both parties ie- a staff member and client. This is NON REFUNDABLE/NON
EXCHANGEABLE.
